The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) grants Dallas School (DSNSM) provider accreditation to the A-STEP Program
The American Association of Sleep Medicine (AASM) grants the Dallas School of Neuroscience and Sleep Medicine provider accreditation for the A-Step Program.
The A-Step, or Accredited Sleep Technologist Education Program, is an initiative by the AASM to “promote the field-wide improvement of local sleep technologist training programs”. Completing A-STEP fulfills the education requirements for the RPSGT Certification Exam offered by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).
UPDATE: The Dallas School has put the A-Step Program and Re-accreditation on hold pending future announcement.
